The Ford Fiesta S2000 dominated the Super 2000 World Rally Championship class at Rally Mexico from start to finish and claimed the top two steps on the podium in the hands of Xevi Pons and Martin Prokop.
The event based in the central Mexican town of León provided top class action throughout the weekend, as three on-form Ford Fiesta S2000 crews left the rest of the field trailing and fought out a close contest for SWRC honours.

Craig and the team report that taking part in his home Club Forestry Rally proved to be a very productive outing. After completing nearly 70 Kms of gravel stages in the Wm. Loughman forestry Rally Craig now feels he has a good package looking forward to the Bulldog International on the 27th of March.

Craig opened the year with a fantastic second overall in the West of Ireland at the Galway International Rally, the team will now focus on their second championship campaign for 2010 as Craig mounts his challenge for glory in the British Rally Championship.
Following a four week break Craig will now begin a month of intense action during March and early April. In preparation for the opening round of the British Rally Championship (The Bulldog International Rally North Wales) and the second round of the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship (The Circuit of Ireland), Craig will use two events as test sessions to fine tune the "Kick Energy" Ford Fiesta Super 2000.

M-Sport will look for the Ford Fiesta S2000 to be on top of the world as the FIA Super 2000 World Rally Championship 2010 moves to Corona Rally Mexico next week.
The previous round at Rally Sweden proved to be a highly successful one for the Ford Fiesta S2000, with three finishing in the top four places of the S-WRC category and the car scoring an overall WRC stage win for the first time at the snow-bound event.

Rally Sweden proved to be another highly successful event for M-Sport's new Ford Fiesta S2000 as three finished in the top four places of the S-WRC category and the car scored an overall WRC stage win for the first time.
Sousa, Prokop and Tuohino were all registered to score points in the new S-WRC category for S2000 specification cars, and with the new car having taken victory in its competitive debut in Monte Carlo and Qatar, plus ex-Ford WRC driver Marcus Grönholm havingcompleted 230km of set-up in the Fiesta prior to Sweden, all were confident of putting in a strong performance on the snow-bound stages.
